What is Ash?
Ash is a native SSH terminal and SFTP client for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Connect to your servers, manage files, forward ports, and run commands — with a one-time purchase option instead of subscriptions.
Which SSH key types are supported?
Ed25519, RSA, and ECDSA P-256. You can generate new keys directly in the app or import existing ones.
Does Ash support port forwarding?
Yes. Both local (-L) and remote (-R) port forwarding are supported. Configure tunnels per host and toggle them on or off.
Can I sync my hosts across devices?
Yes. With Ash Pro, your hosts, groups, and snippets sync via iCloud across all your devices. Passwords and keys are stored securely in the Keychain.
What's included in the free version?
Full SSH terminal, SFTP file browser, key management, port forwarding, and command snippets. Pro unlocks iCloud sync and additional features.
